Client Installation Checklist page

We will call our client a couple of days before the installation with an installation start date. Please note this is a tentative start date, which may be delayed a few days due to a previous job, poor weather or other unforeseen factors.

We will only call and tell you about a delay if the delay will be longer than a few days.

Generally we will deliver the materials for your roof on the installation start date. At this time we will collect the portion of your payment specified on your contract.

Please move your vehicle away from your house so our installers will have clear access to your roof and so your car will not be damaged. Make sure your vehicle is out of the garage so we will not be blocking your exit with our ladders and vehicles.

Please move anything of value (such as patio furniture or garden planters) away from your house so it will not be damaged.

If your neighbor’s driveway is close to your house, please advise them to move their car away from your house.

If your house has a source of electricity for our crew to use; please leave it switched on for our use.

Once your roof is complete, our installation team leader will do an inspection of the roof with you. He will ask you to sign a completion certificate and collect the final payment.
