What a great choice I made!!! The first day they were here they laid a bunch of 2x2 strapping on the roof. It didn’t look like much and I wondered how come they only got so little done in a whole day. The second day I came home from work, and they had cut along the entire peak to allow better circulation in the attic. I didn’t know they were going to do this and it was a ‘selling feature’ that one of their competitors boasted about. As soon as I walked in the house, I was amazed at how much cooler my house was. The fellow working on the roof said when he cut the ridge vent and opened it up, the heat just poured out. The next day I started to see the shingles go up. I now understood why they spent so much time putting up the strapping. My roof looked so straight, straighter than it ever was. The amount of time they dedicated to properly lay the strapping is a true reflection of the end quality and appearance of the finished roof. When it was done, it looked better than I had ever expected and my cooling costs in the summer went WAY down without raising my winter heating costs.

 Superior Steel Roofing obviously takes pride in their work. From their quote being very competitive, to the quality of workmanship that goes into the installation along with their after sales service that is second to none.

Dear Superior Steel Roofing Systems Inc:

I decided to have steel roof installed on my house, porch and garage for several obvious reasons. The value of my home would increase right away since my dwelling is now protected permanently by steel. Visually it would look better and the insulating properties especially from our hot summers would be much better and most importantly my roof is environmentally friendly. I would also have another minimum fifty worry-free years. My research indicated that the installation was also very important.

When I originally called Superior a sales representative as well as an installer came to my home. I am a tradesman and have been in the construction industry for close to twenty years, so I know what questions to ask pertaining to the installation on my home. I asked very technical questions, and all were answered with ease, confidence and honesty.

The installer seemed to know his stuff as he described the process. The panels and their installation seem to have a fool proof system. The written warranty is straight forward. Having worked in the construction industry, I also knew that words don’t always tell the whole story, so I am always sceptical. I even went to several locations to see a finished roof as well as the installation of a new steel roof. The installer never pressured me and always was extremely informative.

As the installation started it became obvious that the crew were top tradesman themselves. They were very polite and highly professional, they never rushed anything. Their work speaks for itself by the dozens of people who walked or drove by complementing on the beautiful appearance of our new roof.

I am not easily impressed; however the Superior crew impressed me with their work. The panels look awesome. Any of my concerns were always addressed. They met and exceeded my expectations. My neighbours have been complementing and asking all sorts of questions about our new roof, and I am always recommending Superior Steel Roofing Systems.
